If you think I should take my trap gun to the doctor, can you recommend (via private email) someone in the Syracuse area that won't overcharge me or use a pipe wrench on my gun? If you would like the job, please advise. I have put about 10,000 rounds thru this gun, and I'm thinking that there might be a buildup of gunk inside the action, or that the firing pin spring(s) might be getting weak. I have cleaned under the ejectors, and also the rim recesses, and checked for matter on the standing breech. This is working for the time being, but I would like your opinion as to what might be wrong. I moved the barrel selector switch to fire the upper barrel first, instead of the bottom barrel which has been misfiring, and so far there haven't been any more misfires. The gun is misfiring about once out of every 25 rounds just enough to really break my concentration during competition. I have had several misfires with factory Win. I reload, and my primers seem to be seated to the proper depth. I have a Browning over & under shotgun which is giving me misfires.
